NOTE: The best method to ensure replacement accuracy is to proved us with an existing window serial number. Here are some hints:
- You will find a Hehr SN on the outer window frame visible when the window is removed from the Rough Hole Opening.
- Windows manufactured within the past 10 years should have a pre-printed sticker label.
- The SN will be in this format: 01-5901-00-0-235-355-000-3535-1801. Depending on the features of the window, the number can be up to 30 digits long. each segment describes a feature of your window.
